Our Story

Founded in 2020 by Dan Ford, The Better Sleep Clinic was born from a desire to provide accessible, high-quality, psychologist-led behavioural sleep medicine services in New Zealand, addressing a gap in specialised care for insomnia and other sleep disorders. We have since grown our team to help more Kiwis and international clients achieve restful sleep and improve their quality of life.
