Sleep & Workplace Wellbeing
Workshops

1/3rd of workers aren’t getting enough sleep, contributing to poor mental health, physical health, accidents, & under-performance. Our workshops deliver the latest in sleep & circadian science, practical advice for better sleep to support health and wellbeing, & strategies for tackling fatigue at work so employees & employers can perform at their best.

Sleep & Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

Sleep is the foundation of people's physical and mental health. It's important, fundamentally, for a safe and healthy workplace.

Yet sleep is not currently included in the New Zealand Mental Health Foundation "five ways to wellbeing", and many employers and managers, as well as HR advisors, overlook the role of sleep in employee wellness, flourishing and enabling people to work better.

Our workshops aim to give people the knowledge and practical resources to manage their sleep and live happier, healthier and more productive lives.

We Work With You.

We aim to integrate our session into your workplace wellbeing programme calendar and we work with organisations to tailor our content to your organisation context. We can do "lunch and learn" sessions right through to comprehensive one day workshops including case studies.

We Work Online Or In-Person: You Choose.

We offer online sessions or we can come to your working environment.

Are The Workshops Interactive?

Our sleep and workplace wellness sessions are interactive and engaging, while also designed to help employees feel safe if sharing and comparing their sleep information. We expect attendees can implement tips easily. We also like to take time to answer questions from organisational members so they can walk away with the knowledge they seek.

What Practical Experience Do You Have?

Knowing sleep research is completely different to hands-on practical experience working to treat and alleviate sleep disorders such as insomnia and shift work sleep disorder, and mental health conditions.

Our facilitators are also clinical sleep specialists and have hands on practical experience in treatment /one-on-one coaching of sleep disorders and mental health conditions.

We aren't just corporate speakers - we are some of the few providers in Aotearoa NZ that truly understand both sleep health and mental wellbeing from both research and practice perspectives.
