How Do I Make An Appointment?
Reaching out to make or book an appointment can be daunting.
We want you to be both comfortable & confident booking an appointment, so we’ve tried to make the process as easy as possible with a no referral self-service booking portal and the option to talk to our clinical coordination team first.
What Is The Appointment Booking Process?
Regardless of whether you talk to our team or just self-book immediately, all treatment starts with an initial assessment appointment.
Initial assessment appointments are all booked online and payment is taken at the time of booking (this is to ensure that people are committed to treatment and not taking slots that others genuinely need).
Once you book an appointment, the following steps will occur:
You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment;
We’ll send you an email with practice policies to accept & assessment questionnaires to complete, as well as links to your clinician’s video room;
You’ll receive an email with a sleep diary/sleep log and instructions how to keep this. This is kept throughout treatment.;
You’ll receive text message and email reminders before every appointment.
Do I Need A Referral From My GP?
No, a referral from a GP or other health provider is not required.
We are a private clinic so a referral is not required. You can simply make your own booking yourself.
We will update your primary health provider with details for your medical records if you want us to.
If you feel more comfortable with a referral, then simply ask your health provider to contact us and we’ll make the necessary arrangements via them.
How Do I Book An Appointment?
Book Online
If you want to get the ball rolling fast you can use our self-service online booking portal (no referral required) and follow the steps:
1 - Choose Appointment;
2 - Enter Your Information;
3 - Pay For The Appointment
(We require all initial assessment appointments are paid for at the time of booking. This ensures people are committed to treatment and don’t hold appointment slots open that others could use).
4 - Confirmation.
2. Talk To Our Clinical Coordination Team, Then Book
We think it’s really important you have confidence in our ability to treat the issues you are experiencing and have a clear understanding of what treatments are on offer.
That’s why we offer the option of talking to our clinical coordinators to get questions answered before you commit to anything.
Once you’ve talked to our intake team and you feel that our sleep clinic and sleep disorder treatment approach is right for you, the clinical coordinator will guide you through the process to book in for an initial assessment consult.
If you’d like to talk through your questions just click on the contact button, fill in the form and we’ll be in touch.
